Monthly Update // February

Happy almost-March! This post will be nice, quick, and simple -- like February itself.

The Good, The Bad, The Bookish

Nothing, academic-wise -- my English class is currently between books, but by the end of March we will start reading Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (by Mark Twain).

Outside of school, I've been captivated by the Hogwarts Library collection. You can read my full thoughts on the books in my previous post.

Up Close And Personal

I know it's not very interesting to read about, but my February has been rather slow. I'm currently working through two research papers, and I completed a biology project about evolution last week.

On Valentine's Day, I visited my aunt and uncle. We ate lunch in a restaurant and talked about school, university, their son -- my cousin, who wasn't there, and travel. (They're considering taking a trip to Iceland! That sounds so fun and exciting.)

I hope to visit Iceland someday. . . . From what I've seen in photographs, it's a beautiful country with a nice climate and enviable landscapes. But currently, I would very much prefer some springtime; I'm so exhausted by the constant snowfall where I live. T-minus 21 (or 20, depending on your time zone) days until spring!

What are you looking forward to in March? Leave a comment!
